Logmatic S has been designed especially

for machining of massive logs, both gluelaminated and natural squared logs. It has
been designed to meet all the basic needs
of the log-house manufacturer. Thanks to
its well-designed features and the moderate
price level, the Logmatic S is an ideal solution
for companies beginning the manufacture of
log houses.

The Logmatic S serves you with a highly

reliable and user-friendly control system.
Transferring production data, such as log
and machining lists, to the control system is
fast and easy. The compact structure of the
system and its carefully designed ergonomics
make for a user friendly work station. With
the Logmatic S, you achieve excellent
cost-efficiency and machining accuracy,
irrespective of log size.

Logmatic M has been developed for modern

and exible-log house production. Suited
to processing squared and rounded logs
alike, this machining centre provides a highly
efficient and productive log-processing line for
a small or midsize log-house manufacturer.
The machine is constructed to be compact
and ergonomic; therefore, it is easy to use.
The Logmatic Ms high production capacity
and low operating costs provide very high

productivity. The unique saddle-joint feature

enables tight joining for both rounded and
squared logs.
With identical notching for rounded and
squared logs, tooling costs decrease and the
necessary machine adjustments are simpler.
Machining capacity is increased significantly,
thanks to the use of two drilling units, one of
which is automatically positioned.

A broad range of optional machining, thanks

to the Logmatic XLs extensive tooling and

LogRobot log-processing unit, which expands

Logmatic XL has been developed especially for

log-house manufacturers who appreciate quality,
high output (up to 1,000 linear metres / shift), and
efficiency. For greater efficiency, the production line
is fitted with log-feeding, discharge, and packaging
equipment.
The Logmatic XL can be augmented with the
LogRobot unit, a special log-processing system
that utilises modern industrial-robot technology. Our
log-house design and optimisation software acts in
concert with the Logmatic XL to form the perfect
solution for a log-house manufacturer. Also, software
for real-time monitoring and analysis of production is
available, as is an IT solution for packaging control.
