Four categories of services:

People processing
People Processing is about services that are directed at the people
themselves. Customers must physically enter the service factory.
The managers should think about the process and output from
customer's perspective. The people processing example have
hospitals and fitness. People processing includes the bodies action
in the services. As some important points must include in people
processing services:
The customer must physically attend the services.
The customer must co-operate actively with the service
operation.
In people processing a manager should consider the
customers time, mental, and physical effort cost.
My experience:
I went to eating something to FRI-CHICKS wapda town goal
chakar branch last Sunday 9 th November 2014. My expreince was
good it was satisfy on their services. And explain the 7ps they are
using.
Product:
They are offering many fast food products and their quality of
product was good. As my some close friends also like the fir
chicks products.
Price:
They are offering many packages like we avail last visit a family
large pizza. Its price was Rs.900 with a free 1.5 litter coke.
Promotion:

I have never seen any advertisement as their promotions are very


low. But it is an important activity to do for them I think they
should advertise their brand.
Placement:
Their placement is good as in most cities their branches had been
open and in Lahore thy have many branches at very attractive
locations.
Process:
I am satisfied by the process by which I have gone. I was actually
enjoyed the pizza as it was very delicious.
Physical environment:
Their physical environment was good and clean. As they have a
reception where I give the order.

Possession processing
Possession Processing is about customers may ask service
organizations to provide treatment for some of their physical
possessions. Customers are less physically involved compared to
people processing services. Production and consumption are
separable. The possession processing example has repair services
and house cleaning services. Some important points are the

My experience:
Last year I purchased a Sony vaio laptop from sony center and
they gave me three year warranty of if any faults occur at some
conditions. So last month suddenly my laptop keyboard has not
working. Then I bring it to the Sony center which is located at in
Calvary ground Lahore for clamming. They give me 3 weeks time
and in last week 7th November 2014 I received my laptop from
sony center after replacing my laptop keyboard. And actually I am
very satisfied by their services. So I am explaining the 7ps which
they are effectively using.
Product:
There are many produts in the markets as it is a good brand in
electronics. I am also using the sony products and they give latest
features which are currently running in the market.
Price:
I was availing my repairing services free of cost but their products
price if we compare with other brands in electronic industry are
high but I am satisfy because they provide the best quality
products.
Promotions:
As sony is an international brand they spend many millions on
their promotions. I have seen many ads of sony products. So they
use the promotions strategies.
Placement:

Their franchises are in many countries as in Pakistan large cities


like Lahore there are many sony centers and they use the
attractive locations.
People:
Their employee person who provides me the service is a
disciplined and nice person.
Process:
The person who was dealing with me listened my problem
carefully and received from me some purchasing time evidences
and tells me about the procedure and received my laptop from
me for replacing its keyboard.
Physical environment:
Their physical environment was good as they displays their
different product like sony leds and give the demos to the
customers.

Mental stimulus processing


Mental Stimulus Processing is about the services touch people's
minds, and has the power to shape attitudes and influence
behavior. Core content of services is information-based. It can be
inventoried the mental stimulus processing example have
consulting, education and broadcasting.
Ethical standards required when customers who depend on
such services can potentially be manipulated by suppliers
Physical presence of recipients not required.

My experience:
I was gone to watching a movie in cinestar cinema which is
located in township Lahore at 8th November 2014. I was watch
new Bollywood movie which was recently released by the name
happy new year. My experience was good and I was satisfied by
their services. So I am discussing the 7ps which they are using.

Product:
It is an entertaining firm which actually not produces the products
but they providing the entertaining services.
Price:
There prices are reasonable according to their environment as
they charge Rs.300/person. I was satisfied from their prices.
Promotions:
There promotions are found but not too much I have seen a
billboard in Islamabad which advertise a coming soon movie
actually advertise cinestar.
Placement:
There placement is good it is located in different main areas of
Lahore.
People:
People were involved in providing services as they providing
tickets and managing the whole show. And they are managing
very nicely.

Process:
The whole event was process very effectively as its actually gives
entertainment.
Physical environment:
Their physical environment was too good as it was air conditioned
hall special galleries for the families.

Information processing
Information processing is about information is the most intangible
form of service output but may be transformed into enduring
forms of service output. The important points are:

My experience:
My experience related the information process services are with
as MCB bank. I am the customer of mcb bank since 1 year.
Yesterday, I was gone to mcb wapda town branch for using atm
card at it was not working. And I am dissatisfied from their
services as most of time it was happened and many cutomers
complained but still the problems are come to face. So I am
relating this experience with the 7ps of service marketing which
they may not using effectively.

Product:
Mainly they are providing accounts of different kinds like current,
saving, etc. and also providing the loan facilities.
Price:
There Atm service is free they charge no service charges at the
transaction time but they charge Rs.300 yearly but they need to
maintain its quality services.
Promotions:
They doing promotions but not to much they need to advertise
their packages.
Placement:
Their placement was good as MCB banks branches are located
approximately in every city of Pakistan. Their placement is very
good.
People:
People are working to provide the services in the bank place and
also some people received services directly.
Process:
Every time I used the process the process was same and I deal
with it quickly.
Physical environment:
Their physical environment was good but they need to improve
their services performance.
