GRACES BEDROOM
A small remote sits on a desk in Graces bedroom. There is a
large round button and above it a logo reads "iDate". In the
background we see GRACE frantically tidying her room. She
collects books from the ground and places them on her
bookshelf, picks up clothes and throws them in a hamper and
begins to put on lipstick in the mirror when a sound
interrupts her.
A knock at the door.
GRACE hears the knock and checks her outfit quickly. she
grabs the iDate remote from the desk and heads out of her
room.
FRONT DOOR
GRACE opens the door to meet her gentleman caller, "ALEC".
He is handsome, tall and clearly relaxed, and GRACE seems
pleased with her choice. She smiles at him, revealing a
large red lipstick stain on her teeth. ALEC smiles back but
suddenly realises the stain on her teeth, looking closer. He
motions to rubbing his own teeth and GRACE is quickly aware.
Embarrassed, she begins to rub her teeth, but after he
motions to rub harder as the stain is still there, she looks
toward her iDate remote and presses the large button.
FRONT DOOR
Grace opens the door to meet her gentleman caller, "ALEC".
He is handsome, tall and clearly relaxed, just as the first
time, and GRACE is once again happy with her choice. She
smiles at him, revealing sparkling white teeth, and upon his
comforting smile back, she motions for him to come inside.
GRACES BEDROOM
ALEC stands patiently in Graces bedroom. GRACE enters,
holding two tall glasses of coke. Watching his charming
smile, her foot seems to catch a door snake beneath her and
she trips, throwing both glasses of coke all over ALEC. He
looks at her in shock, and she squeals, grabbing her iDate
remote and pressing the button.

GRACES BEDROOM
ALEC stands patiently in Graces bedroom. GRACE enters,
holding two tall glasses of coke. As she walks toward him,
she looks to the ground and confidently steps over the door
snake beneath her, handing him a glass. He takes it from her
and flashes her an smile, clearly impressed by her poise.
GRACES BEDROOM
The two daters sit on the bed, having a flirtatious but
innocent conversation. Speaking of fast food, ALEC makes a
hilariously inappropriate joke about Quarter Pounders and
laughing, GRACE lets out a snort. ALEC laughs even louder
now. Mortified at the sound she made, she presses the iDate
remote which sits by her side.
GRACES BEDROOM
The two daters sit on the bed, having the same flirtatious
conversation, and just as ALEC says the words "Quarter
Pounder", GRACE laughs posh-like, as if she were a Victorian
lady from a Jane Austen period story.
Slightly closer together now, the two are again in
conversation. GRACE is talking about her dream job of
working with underpriveleged children, and ALEC is listening
intently. He wriggles on the bed, trying to get comfortable,
and then reaches beneath the covers to find what is
bothering him. He retrieves a large flesh-coloured dildo
from beneath Graces bedspread and her speech stops
mid-sentence as she is horrified at her mistake. ALEC looks
from the dildo, back to GRACE, in amazement at the size of
the object, and at that moment GRACE presses the iDate
remote. ALEC looks back at what he is holding and gives her
a "cute" smile, placing a white toy rabbit back under the
bedspread in between them. GRACE smiles sweetly and
innocently.
GRACES BEDROOM
ALEC places his hand on GRACEs knee and moves toward her.
In a nervous reaction, GRACE leans backwards and falls off
the bed with her legs flying in the air.
She presses the iDate remote.

GRACES BEDROOM
ALEC places his hand on GRACEs knee and moves toward her.
She subtly takes a deep breath and closes her eyes as they
kiss. They pull away from each other, smiling, and GRACE
shifts her legs on the bed, unknowingly knocking the iDate
remote to the floor.
As if in slow motion, GRACE watches it hit the floorboards
twice before stopping still in its place.
She turns back to see ALEC has disappeared.
A knock at the door.
GRACE realises that the iDate has skipped back to the
beginning and lets out a moan of frustration and shakes her
head.
FRONT DOOR
GRACE opens the door to see ALEC standing just as handsome
as before. She has wrapped a rug herself, pretending to be
sick and this time doesnt smile at him.
GRACE
Im sick.
She slams the door.
GRACES BEDROOM
Walking back into her bedroom, GRACE is exhausted. She
throws herself on the bed in a huff and reaches beneath her
covers. To her surprise she pulls out a white toy rabbit.
GRACE
(Screams)
Noooooooooo!
END.
