Today I worked in my arms. The problems I


encountered is that I did not knew how to
do it at first. Successes is that I sled my
instructor how to do it and he explained to
me.

any problems since I already have been

problem that I encountered was that I did

and what to do. I feel like I have been learning
more about what to do and what not to do.

back. this is because my instructor told me that
first I need to gain more strength in order to do
