glued. Base frame/housing solidly welded frame
made of square tubular steel (45 x 45 x 2 mm), with
levelling system. Self-supporting with welded-in
racks.
Drawers 4-fold ball-bearing mounted with attached
rail (incl. of marking strips). Load capacity 70 kg,
extension 90%.
Swing doors with attached rail (incl. of marking
strips), self-closing.
Internal dimensions: W x T 560 x 620 mm.
Centralised locking, each family lock with 2 keys.

Standard finish housing RAL 7035 light grey, fronts
RAL 5012 light blue. Environmentally friendly

Standard more than 180.
Centralised locking:
Only 1 lock with 2 keys for both sides (except desktype workbench cat.-no. 82070 501-601, which
features 2 locks), main locking system available at a
higher price.
Design:
Inside positioned doors and drawers represent an
attractive design, without restrictions of functionality.
Finish:
Standard two colours. Housing RAL 7035 light grey.
Drawers and doors see table! RAL 5012 light blue
(standard finish) or RAL 6011 reseda green. Further
finishes in RAL 3002, 5010, 5018, 5023, 7032 and

automation. Therefore, you should make sure, that the ordered workbench is suitable for all aspects of your

Fittings attachment block

For mounting many different fittings such as
connections for electricity and compressed air.
Workbench Tops
Made of solid beechwood (series 200, 40 mm thick),
specially glued. For almost eternal service life for highest
demands. Available up to 4200 mm or with different tops,
depending on the application area.
Rail
Made of beechwood
plywood, 14 mm thick.
Locks
Perfect is centralised locking.
With one key and one turn of
this key, the workbench is
completely locked.
Doors
Different heights for different storage areas.
Opening radius of 180 and self-closing doors
are standard.
Drawers
Several front heights (30 mm
grid pattern) from 60 mm 270 mm. With extra strong
roller guiding. Load capacity

All HHW workbenches series 100 and 200 can be ordered with
this wheel system only on the first order. With 4 steering
wheels, load capacity of each 150 kg, wheel 100 mm. Maximum
load capacity inclusive of the own weight of the workbench 450 kg.
Finish: RAL 7035 light grey.
With the lever on the front side of the workbench, it can be

switched from rolling to standing function and vice versa. When in
the standing function, the workbench securely rests on 4 supports.

The Sunnex matting system was developed in order

to reduce pains coming from standing up for a long
time. Ergonomics at the workplace is a very
important factor, for both the health of the work force
and productivity.
Type
The matting is made of flexible nitrile rubber
according to the air-cushion principle. They are
especially resistant against wear, cleaning detergents, cutting oil and hot chips, they are anti slip,
noise damping and heat insulating as well as shock
damping. The closed surface and the high friction
coefficient at the floor ensure that dirt is not easily
absorbed and that the matting can be cleaned
easily. The bevelled edge can be rode over by
forklifts and other mobile transport devices. The
basis of the matting system consists of three
parts: the centre piece (B) and two outer pieces
(A). They are connected safely and securely with
dovetail couplings. No tools are needed for the
assembly.
Application
Work is less tiring and muscles and joints of feet,
legs and particularly the back ache less thanks to
the Sunnex matting system.
