1. Brief introduction
1.1 Introduction
The W3000PH Wi-Fi storage device will share the storage with your IPAD, IPHONE,
Android phone/MID and PC. With this device, you can visit your films, music, pictures and
documents at any time. It will expand your smart device storage spaces.

2. Operation Guide
2.1 Charging mode
Connecting the W3000PH with power adapter using USB3.0/2.0 cable, the W3000PH will work
in charging status. The power LED will be twinkling.
The W3000PH supports 5V 1A, 5V 1.5A and 5V 2A power adapter. If you need it work for long
time, 5V 2A adapter is recommended( suck as Apple power adapter).

2.2 Mobile HDD enclosure mode

When the W3000PH is power shutting down , please connect it with PC using USB 2.0/3.0 cable,
the device will work as mobile HDD enclosure. It will not been charging and no Wi-Fi signal been
produced.

2.3 Wi-Fi storage mode

Press the power button for 3 seconds and startup, the device will work as Wi-Fi disk mode.

2.4 Connecting PC + Wi-Fi storage mode

Press the device power button and startup, then connect it with PC using USB cable, the device
will be charged. It will work as Wi-Fi disk, but not as mobile HDD enclosure.

2.5 Connecting router with cable + Wi-Fi storage mode

Connecting the device with router using Ethernet cable, the router will assign the IP to the
W3000PH through DHCP function. The W3000PH will also work as Wi-Fi disk. The terminal
equipment can visit the HDD and internet simultaneously.

2.6 Connecting with Router through Wi-Fi + Wi-Fi

Connect the device with router (AP) through Wi-Fi, the router will assign the IP to the device
through DHCP function. The W3000PH will share the internet and disk, and the terminal
equipment can visit the internet and HDD simultaneously.

3. Client program operation guide

3.1 Windows PC client program
Please copy the Wi-Data.exe from CD or download it from Internet.

3.1.1 Connecting the PC through Wi-Fi

Press the power button for 3 seconds, the device will be started up. Click the wireless connection
in the Windows, and select Wi-Data-**** (SSID: Wi-Data-xxxx; Default password: 11111111)

Log Wi-Data

Copy the Wi-Data.exe to the PC or download it from web, and then run it. It will come to the
followed interface.

This client program will search all Wi-Fi disk devices in the LAN. If the Wi-Fi Disk is not found,
please click the refresh button to search again. Once the Wi-Fi Disk found, please click the
Login in button. Then the explorer will connect to the Wi-Fi Disk equipment.

Input the default username and password.

Default username: admin
Default password: (null)

3.1.3 Wi-Data operation

When you login successfully for first time, it will enter into the wizard.

Please click the next step button, it will enter into internet configure interface.
WAN Configuration
If W3000PH is not connected to WAN, just select skip.
If W3000PH is connected to WAN, then you should select:
i.
Wireless Access( connect to WAN by Wi-Fi)
ii.
Wired Access( connect to WAN by Ethernet cable)
There are two kinds of IP allocation mode.
iDynamic IP
iiStatic IP

If you select the Wireless Access, then it will enter into the interface as followed picture. You can
select the WLAN network SSID as your WAN connection.

IP address: You can modify the IP address.

User configuration
After the WLAN configuration, please click the next button. It will enter into user configuration
interface.

3.2 iOS operation guide

3.2.1 App installation
Please enter into App store and search the Wi-Data and install.

3.2.2 Wi-Fi configuration

Please enter into iPhone/iPad Wi-Fi configuration. The default Wi-Fi connection is
Wi-Data-****, default password is 11111111.

If you click the arrow on the right side of Wi-Data-****, you can see the iOS IP information.

3.2.3 Wi-Data Operation

Please find the Wi-Data ico and touch it, then it will come to the interface as followed.

After logging, you can operate the music, movies, pictures, documents in the disk, also you can
copy from iOS device to diskor from disk to iOS device. The copy button is

3.3 Android client operation

For Android phone and MID, please download the Wi-Data from Google play store. Then install
it to your phone, and run it.
After successful logging this APK, you can share the music, video, picture and doctor in your disk
anywhere. Also you can copy the files from the disk to Android device mutually.
The APK operation is similar to the iOS. For the detailed operation guide please refer to the
chapter 3.2 iOS operation guide.
