STELLAR

I chose this as my title because stellar means " outstanding", "composed of stars". I believe star is my lucky charm
when I see stars at night my vibes or mood becomes alive and I feel my frown face is slighlty changing or
transforming into smile :). It relates to me as student because like a star it goes into process to be great. I could say
my communication skills is average , I may not be good verbal but in writing I'm better. Studying a Bachelor of
science major in Human Resource and Operation Management , "Communication" for us is very important. In
business world, you should be a a good communicator in order to understand each other. Example you will be
having a meeting with an investor with a foreign blood in this case you should be fluent in speaking English
language. So, for me like a stellar in the sky I could enhance my communication skills into a better ones, I believe
anything worth having is worth waiting for.

What are you thankful for?

Success sometimes seems like a collection of products, or a place that you can get to or buy. I start my
introduction relating to the word "Success" because behind of my every success my family is always there
along with my close friends and God.
In our Business Communication class we start our lesson in game. it is so fun to know that something unique
we have in class and others don't have any "pakulo" to make the class be energetic. I am thankful to you
Mam Dela Cruz because you are very kind professor to us , for me we are lucky to have a professor like you
it's like once in a blue moon because we all know many serious professorso is teaching here in Pamantasan
Ng Lungsod Ng Maynila (PLM) it's kinda scary to approach them . So the best way we could do is be quiet in
a class and to our part as a student. I don't say that they're not fun to be a proffesor , my point is students are
afraid to talk to them regarding a school works. I think Professor should be train to smile every day because
if it so , students are more likely to enjoy the class.
Activities in a class are very important, from there it develops the relationship between the professor and the
students. I enjoy such activities like the first project , making our own company. Personally it train me to be a
good leader even though we are quite best in other groups, we did our 100% just to make the presentation
successful yet we didn't got a high grade. It build my mind to do even more better next time. I just think this
was only a practice to be prepare in our future after we graduate. I hope our class would be more cooperative
when it comes to recitations. And also bless our minds to absorb the learnings we encounter. I'm m thankful
that God gave me the best peopIe I can be with , esspecially my close friends in class. They are the source of
my inspiration, motivation, and the passion in studies. I want to tell them the sweetest words, treat them a
pizza or even sit down in a bench while eating ice cream. I hope they will not lost in my sight. I want to thank
myself for being an obedient and dedicated in every task I do. I wish I will be more complex until I have my
job in the future. For every journey i 've been I am thankful to it because without these experiences I may not
able to discover new things relating in this world and in me. The journey is a challenge in us, we must do our
part with full force to get there in the mountain of success or if we are not giving any attention in ourselves
maybe we will be experiencing pauses that every one of us don't want , so remember success is every minute
you love. It's the process if living. Success is not a destination that ever reach. Success is the quality of the
journey.

How can you apply the lesson you learned from this class?
I can apply the lesson I learned from the class observing my correct use of
verb. I Thought my self is already good at it but there's still some errors that I
should improve. Second in writing a letter. this is most embarasing part
because my knowledge in writing letters is 1/4 I guess , back in highschool
we are more critical or I shall say we give more attention in writing an essay
than writing a letter. and now I learned how to write a business letters using
or puting a right punctuation , considering such characteristics of a good
business letter. third I able to text or talk my family or friends clearly
,sometimes I use English language so that I can practice my communication
skills. Fourth the sales letter, last meeting this was the lesson. Brochure or
flyers became more important to me now because someday if u had a
chance to be a Marketing Manager It will be a useful tool for me to create an
adverstismsent that would attract the attention of the prosfect. I hope I could
learn more from this class.

the least I like is the quizz in Grammar agreement. I was 30 minutes late
then I read the long chapter. I feel bad because I got 3 out of 10 items I
promise I will not be late again.

The least I liked is writing a letter. First we try to make one then after It was
checked it should be revise. Next meeting we pass it and I was excited and
nervous at the same because I wonder if the logo was correct aligned, the
Inside address, it's contact infornation, and other elements to consider. I
enjoy making it actually I kept a one sample for remembrance. I am excited
to write a business letters in the corporate world.
