Food
This is one of our basic necessities, food. In our daily life we cannot forget to eat because it is
the single thing that gives strength and resistance to our body so that we may be able to
perform what we should do throughout the day.
It is not only important to feed ourselves, but it is also important to select the right food to eat.
There are two main types of food, healthy and unhealthy. Whenever we go to the supermarket
or department store, we find varieties of food from the cheapest to the most expensive ones.
However, it is undeniable that 90 % of these are not suitable for our health. Some of these kinds
of food contain preservatives and chemicals that may subsequently become the roots of illness
in the future. A lack of balanced diet and endless cholesterol intake may also cause diseases.
Health professionals always recommend eating healthy food that contains enough nutrients
and vitamins such as fruits and vegetables.
