Weekend.
June 15, Mon.-Ministry Team meeting at 6 p.m., Board of Elders at 7 p.m. Thanks
for your prayers for these meetings. If you have questions, encouragement,
suggestions, etc. for our church, please share them with the ministry team. Your
input is welcomed.
June 17, Wed.-Folk Art Fun for Kids and Adults-This summer, the 1719 Hans Herr
House & Museum is beginning a new program introducing traditional PA German
skills. Learn more at www.hansherr.org.
June 17, Wed.- Youth Bible Study will meet at the church at 7 p.m.
June 19-21, Fri.-Sun.-Church Camping Weekend at Spruce Lake Retreat.
Campsites and rooms may be available, you can contact them at 800-822-7505 or

www.sprucelake.org. If you are not a camper and dont have the stuff, you
could try a room, or you would likely be able to borrow a tent, or possibly even a
camper from someone at church, just ask around. If camping doesnt seem
appealing, you still might enjoy joining the group for a day. The weekend is largely
unscheduled, simply enjoying the outdoors and the many other things Spruce Lake
has to offer. We have a group meal Saturday evening, and participate in the worship
service on Sunday morning.
June 20, Sat.-Everyone is invited to join in a meal together at Spruce Lake Retreat
at 5:30 p.m. Paper supplies, drinks, condiments, and a fire for roasting hot dogs will
be provided. You are encouraged to bring hot dogs and rolls, and a hot and a cold
dish. Games for the children will follow the meal.
June 26, Fri.- Movie night at the church showing "Camp Harlow" a movie for all
ages, more info to come
July 27, 29, 30, Mon., Wed., Thurs.- Acts of Love-Summer Lunch Program in
cooperation with the churches of the Cocalico Ministerium providing free lunches
to families in need at Adamstown(?), Denver, Reamstown and Reinholds Parks. Our
church is covering one week of the summer and volunteers are needed to distribute
and serve lunches. Please sign-up on the sheet on the table in the church narthex.
-If anyone is interested in a free small Baldwin Organ please get in contact with
James Martin by the end of June. This organ had originally been in our church
basement for a time and is now available to anyone who would have need of it.

-I will be working on the 2015-2016 Song Leader/Offertory Schedule sometime in
the next couple of weeks. Please let me know if you want your name added or
deleted from either of these ways of serving our congregation. Thank you, Sylvia
-We are trying to revive the photo directory project. There is a very rough draft
on the table in the narthex. Many family or individual photos are missing or are
already outdated. Photos may be taken most Sundays after church, or email a photo
to Pastor Phil philandkelly@gmail.com
-Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA) invites applications for
