Arranging for monthly award functions venue, (Best employee of month) & prizes, etc.
Handling Legal compliance like annual returns of Factory office and annual returns of Labour office.
Performance Appraisal
Formulating and implementing increment, incentive and other reward policies.
Managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating the Performance
Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
Handling data for reviewing future performance appraisal of the employee's, new appraises list, CTC
calculations, etc.
