Creatinine

(15-80)
Interpretation:
Chloride was done to look for sign of dehydration and it was found to be below normal
after 2 times of Renal Profile Test. There are several factor that could cause
hypochloremia.
First is the drug. Drugs that may cause decreased levels include aldosterone,
bicarbonates, corticosteroids, cortisone, hydrocortisone, loop diuretics, thiazide diuretics,
and triamterene.
Other causes are listed below:
7. Salt-losing nephritis
1. Overhydration
8. Addison disease
2. Congestive heart failure
9. Burns
3. Syndrome of inappropriate
10. Metabolic alkalosis
antidiuretic hormone
11. Diuretic therapy
4. Vomiting
12. Hypokalemia
5. Chronic gastric suction
13. Aldosteronism
6. Chronic respiratory
14. Respiratory acidosis

Magnesium (Plasma) (31 May 2015)
Magnesium
Interpretation:

0.7 mmol/L

(0.7-1.1)

Plasma Magnesium level was normal.

Phosphate (Plasma) (31 May 2015)
Phosphate
Interpretation:
Plasma Phosphate level was normal.

(< 17)
Alanine Transaminase (SGPT)
8 U/L
(5-33)
Alkaline Phosphatase
88 U/L
(5-141)
Interpretation:
Liver function test revealed that patients albumin was low. Low albumin level can be
caused by acute reaction such as acute infections, tissue necrosis, burns, surgery, stress,
and myocardial infarction, chronic inflammation such as chronic infection,
granulomatous diseases, cirrhosis, rheumatoid-collagen diseases, nephrotic syndrome and
far-advanced cirrhosis.
Calcium (Plasma) (31 May 2015)
Calcium
Interpretation:
Plasma Calcium level was also normal.

2.31 mmol/L

(2.10-2.55)

ECG (10 June 2015)

Interpretation:
The ECG look normal. Some there are some left axis deviation.
