Hello Dear members:

From this month, we will have a new section in the newsletter where
you can advertise any items you want to sell.
For example a car or a TV etc.

If you want to move home and there are lots of things you may not need
any more, why not sell them to the people who need them? To do this is
easy now, just contact NCWA office. You can advertise the items you
want to sell, and it is free in the first month. Remember that we will try
our best to help you. Thanks for your time.

psychologists from the National Health service to explain a lot about
health issues. At the same time they also taught us how to learn to relax,
explained a healthy attitude and learning to reduce physical and mental
pressures. Through the talks, we learnt that excessive pressure on the
heart lead to high blood pressure, which will increase the burden on the
heart, but also lead to insomnia and so on.
Instructors also taught us how to learn to focus on our psychological and
health conditions. Explaining the process, the instructors demonstrated
how to relax using a commonly used method. Everyone should take
care of their own heart health
