JOB PURPOSE: NADA is seeking to hire a Finance Officer who will help prepare
and maintain long-range financial programs for NADA covering operation,
construction, and federal funding. The work is part of a two-year grant from
PACAM through USAID to provide funding assistance for the pearl project on
Namdrik atoll.
MAIN DUTIES
1.1 Prepares all Financial Reports
1.2 Assist and Coordinate with Project Manager on operation cost of the
project
1.3 Prepares reports for MISSA and Finance
1.4 Prepares payroll
1.5 Enter and track all project expenditures using financial software
1.6 Maintain and file all expenditure receipts
DESARABLE REQUIREMENT:
Degree from a recognized or accredited college or university with
bachelor degree in business administration, financial/fiscal management
and/or with 2 years of experience in related field, or any combination of
education and experience, which may be acceptable by the Board.
