Anticipated Turnaround Time:

Anticipated turnaround for the above testing program is six (6) weeks from receipt of the samples. Turnaround
times depend on the work load in-house at the time samples are received and on timely communication of the
testing parameters and requirements. Projects are processed through the laboratory on a "first come, first served"
basis. Rush surcharges will be applied when expedited turnaround is requested.

Pricing Policies:
1) Long term storage is discounted for prepaid semi-annual or annual storage agreements. Otherwise, monthly
storage/rental rates apply.
2) The storage/rental period starts when sample is placed in a container or the container leaves the Intertek Westport
Technology Center, whichever occurs first.
3) Monthly storage fees are automatically accrued and invoiced every month until the containers are emptied or a
long term storage agreement takes effect.
4) At the sole discretion of Intertek Westport Technology Center, containers may be provided free of charge for
any, or all, samples which are being utilized in a laboratory testing program.
5) A hazardous waste disposal fee and/or re-dressing charge will be prepaid as part of each storage agreement.
6) All third party fees (e.g., shipping) are prepaid and re-billed with a 15% processing fee.
