The Company:
GreenBuilding is a French company providing consulting and engineering services for environment
and energy in 3 mains interrelated fields:
Urban
Industry
Renewable Energy.
Over the years and numerous projects, GreenBuilding has developed high level skills and know-how,
and is now expanding in Indonesia with already few leading projects. Among its Indonesian projects,
GreenBuilding has been working to develop with the Ministry of Public Works of Indonesia the Eco
District concept in Indonesia from 2013 to 2015 in the frame of the programme Green Cities / P2KH.
As a further development of the Eco District project in the frame of the P2KH, GreenBuilding is
looking for 5 high level profiles as described hereunder. These positions would start beginning of
August 2015.
Profiles Requested:
1.

Engineer, expertise in environment (Code: E-WW)

Education: S1/S2 in environment field from a top university
Experience: at least 2 years, water and waste management
Good understanding of environmental issues (air, water, soil) and Indonesian regulations
Good spoken and written English
Good writing and presentation skills
Team spirit, can work in a multicultural team
Hard worker and highly motivated

2.

Urban planner, expertise in project development (Code: U-PD)

Education: S1/S2 in urban planning and development from a top university
Experience: at least 2 years, in urban project development
Good understanding of legal issues and regulations to develop urban projects in Indonesia
Contacts with cities and regencies administration
Good spoken and written English
Good writing and presentation skills
Team spirit, can work in a multicultural team
Hard worker and highly motivated

Urban planner, expertise in transportation and eco-mobility (Code: U-TR)

Education: S1/S2 in transportation field from a top university
Experience: at least 2 years, transportation management, sustainable mobility
Good understanding of environmental issues and regulations related to transportation
Contacts with cities and regencies administration
Good spoken and written English
Good writing and presentation skills
Team spirit, can work in a multicultural team
Hard worker and highly motivated

4.

Urban planner, expertise in business and economical development (Code: U-BU)

Education: S1/S2 from a top university in fields related to business development
Experience: at least 2 years, business and economical development for city or regency
Good understanding of economical and political issues to develop business activities within
the Indonesian urban context
Contacts with cities and regencies administration
Network with potential industrial and real estate developers
Good spoken and written English
Good writing and presentation skills
Team spirit, can work in a multicultural team
Hard worker and highly motivated

5.

Urban planner, expertise in social housing (Code: U-SO)

Education: S1/S2 in urban sociology from a top university
Experience: at least 2 years in social housing development
Good understanding of the social and cultural context and of social housing regulations
Contacts with cities and regencies administration
Network with potential industrial and real estate developers
Good spoken and written English
Good writing and presentation skills
Team spirit, can work in a multicultural team
Hard worker and highly motivated
