Compiling your application file

The photo must be clear, without any fold or mark.

The photo must measure 35 mm in width and 45 mm in length.
The size of the face must be between 32 and 36 mm.
The background must be unified and coloured
(white is forbidden).
The head must be bare.
The head must be straight and the face in front of the
objective with a neutral expression and close mouth.

Make up your application file with the requested documents

Do not cut out the photos.

application file

Submitting your file at the PRES-COMUE

Bring in your application file at the appointed time.

If your file is complete, you will get a receipt ( rcpiss ).

Residence permit issuing at the Prfecture

You will receive a card when your residence permit is

ready to be picked up.
You can pick it up at the Prfecture de lHrault without
appointment from Monday to Friday, 1:15 p.m. to 3:00 p.m

c The documents must date back to less than three months

prior to your appointment.

c Gather together all the documents requested and arrange

them in two piles, one of the originals and the other of
photocopies.

c Classify the documents in the order which is indicated on

the list of requested documents.
Incomplete files will not be accepted.
