Contract & Grant Manager

Position Summary:
The Contract & Grant Manager is responsible for submitting and monitoring the compliance of
all contracts (DDD, DVR, DCF) and fee-for-service paperwork. The incumbent will also be
responsible for the administration of brokered service contracts and contractor services (e.g. lawn
maintenance, janitorial services). Additionally, the Contract & Grant Manager will be responsible
for the administration of grants.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience in contract administration and billing.


Minimum 2 years of recent professional experience in non-profit funding (specifically DDD,
DVR, DCF) and Fee-for-service structure.

High School Diploma required.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills (PC): Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Therap
Software.
Valid drivers license.
Meet all minimum hiring standards including but not limited to a background check,
MVR, physical and completion of a drug screen with a results negative reading.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates Degree preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


On-going
Ensure all contract submission paperwork is accurate and received annually, by due date.
Ensure contract documents are signed and submitted to appropriate funding source by
due date (e.g. DDD, DVR, DCF, Mercer County).
Prepare and submit quarterly billing for all contracts.
Prepare and submit any contract modifications.
Submit required documents for contract proposals.
Ensure timely submission for billing and vouchers.
Act as liaison between support coordinators, families and state representatives.
Monitor program Levels of Service (LOS) to ensure programs are meeting requirements.
Responsible for the administration of grants (not responsible for securing or renewing
grants).

Fee-for-service
Review individual ISP documents (current group size is 70 individuals).
Ensure that services provided are billable.
Educate staff on what services are to be provided / billed.
Collect and submit individual billing data.
