Position Summary
Delivers consulting project activities, ranging from client interaction through medium- to long-term
engagements. Technical responsibilities include understanding the client problems, defining system architecture
for various projects, defining hardware/software specification, provide support during implementation and
provide training to customer staff. As a consultant he is typically measured by delivery of agreed solutions
within budgeted hours.
Essential Job Functions
Provide the application of technical/functional skills to assist our customers and partners to create and
implement successful and innovative solutions that run, manage and optimize their key business
processes while decreasing costs and inefficiencies.
Provide direction on projects of various sizes and complexity and leadership across organizational and
functional boundaries at client site.
Define scalable & flexible Architecture for the customer systems, fine tune and ensure that they meet
the business criteria.
Strong working knowledge of SAG/WebMethods tools and techniques. Able to train, coach, mentor, and
assist others in a team effort.
Prepare financial information on projects proposals, active projects, and completed projects.
Effectively communicate among project team or client site team.
May present formally to clients and internal management.
Will be single point of contact for interaction with company and client managers on technical aspects of
the projects.
Financial responsibilities include project cost estimating, proposal generation. May participate in sales
and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.
May work on customer site or be required to travel extensively of up to 75% of the time

Requirements
Skills
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with immediate client, supervisor and
peers, as well as, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
Develop project plans for individual tasks and for others assigned to the project as required; work with
minimal direction.
Should have experience working with an application development life-cycle methodology as well as
participating in JAD sessions and performing user requirements definitions.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to gain clients confidence and maintain a
professional relationship with clients, peers and management.
Work with minimal supervision as a team lead and be part of a team
Potentially manage matrix team(s) consultants toward successful project completion.
