that there are no volatile materials left in the system at all. At this point, there is not even
any residual odor. The engine to be shipped is NON HAZARDOUS.
Shipping Preparation:
The following applies to the shipping preparation of a USED Cors Air M19Y/Black Magic
2 Cycle Engine to be shipped by Air Cargo. This product has been packed in compliance
with all regulations being free and clean of any flammable gas and/or oil.
Cleaning procedure:
1. Approximately 30 minutes for gas/oil drain of engine.
2. Compressed air used for approximately 5 min in engine and fuel tank.
3. Approximately 2 days for air drying residual gas fumes in fuel tank.
4. All fluid release points recapped with original caps and twist plugs.
5. Exterior of unit cleaned of any residual fluids by absorbent cloths and compressed air.
I also declare that the content of this shipment is neither dangerous nor covered by any
definition of dangerousness as per IATA, ICAO and concerned governments, current
edition.
I hereby undertake the liability for any eventual damage resulting from any false, imprecise
or incomplete declaration.
