MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
While being employed with Chipotle Mexican Grill, I attained my goal of promotion to the position
of General Manager. I served in this position from August 2006 to October 2008. While in this
position I always promoted crew and management development and excellence through great

I was hired in as a General Manager. I trained briefly at the Fields Ertle location before being
located to the Western Hills location. While working at the Western Hills location my job duties
included: Weekly inventories, ensuring that all company food policies and procedures were being
followed, interviewing of all perspective employees, ensuring that all day to day store operations
were met, I worked closely with the crew to ensure that maximum effort was given to customer
service.

While serving as the General Manager of the Tri-County, Western Hills, and Beechmont locations
my job duties included: Budget planning for the entire store for the entire year and to maintain
and achieve all goals directed to our budget. Maintain standards towards the increase of profit
and customer growth, preparing and understanding of our Profit and Loss Statements, teaching
and development of my Assistant Managers, Service Managers, and Kitchen Managers. I also
prepared management and store goals and insured the execution of them through my
management staff. As the Restaurant Manager it was my job to insure that along with my
management staff that we also trained and developed our crew to insure that all proper
procedures were followed and maximum effort was given towards great customer service and the
continued execution of all store goals.

I began my employment as an hourly employee. During this time I accumulated three years of

Manager during May of 1998. As an A.G.M I was directly in charger of the night shift. My job
duties included interviewing and hiring of employees for both the day and night shifts. I was the
immediate supervisor for the entire night crew. I coordinated with the General Manager in the
training and development of other managers, manager-in-training (MIT's) and shift leaders. I
performed weekly store inventories to determine food cost and labor cost percentages. I assisted
in the training of all crew members and I worked closely with them to ensure maximum effort and
attention was given towards customer care and satisfaction.
