This ITP shall be used as Inspection and Test Plan before execution of the job,
whereas during and after job execution it shall be used as checklist.

Legend of Inspection Requirements:

H:
Hold Point is a mandatory inspection Point and work shall not proceed without the presence of a
representative of Cognizant organization.
W:
Witness Inspection point: Designated Witness points for the Involved personnel, which are required
to be signed off by witness

a written notification to Client Inspector ,in the event that the Client Inspector does not attend within an
