D75KS

blasthole drill

The D75KS is a diesel powered, self-propelled crawler mounted


drill designed for high-pressure down-hole or low-pressure
rotary blasthole drilling in the mining and construction
industry.
This drill can be operated by one man and is equipped to
rotary drill 229 to 279 mm (9 to 11) diameter holes. Optional
high pressure compressors add flexibility to drill with 8 DTH

hammers. Pulldown is up to 334 kN (75 000 lb) and bit


load 409 kN (92 000 lb) for good penetration rate even in
hard rock formations. Pipe length is 10,7 m (35) and the rig
carries up to four pipes as standard in a safe and efficient
internal loader. The D75KS is ideal for multipass drilling of
benches up to 53 m (173) high, such as for stripping of
overburden material.
