and identity management for global user base on 20+ systems across 7 different
platforms.
• Provisioning of LDAP, Active Directory and Exchange e-mail accounts for end user
community of 65,000+
• Troubleshooting of Active Directory accounts as well as Exchange accounts for the
entire Americas region
