Architect must be able to cooperate different materials in its original

raw form without compromising its value. Designs should integrate
materials with justification rather than allowing the material to control
the state of the design, lowering its value.

The best example that can be given is from the author himself as he
practices his rules of architecture. The falling water integrates both
design and material seamlessly and compliments both nature and
structure together. Furthermore, the value of the material is retained
and arguably increased as no unnecessary ornaments were
allocated which enhances the environment.
