Global Grant Project
Drilling of Deep Well and Construction of water station in
Parulan Plaridel for the Quench Thirst Save Lives (QTSL) Project
were started and being managed by Rtn, Linda Surio.
Thanks to Treas. Emily for signing the MOA for the lot to be
used by RCPK for this project last Feb 10 2015 Tuesday.
Pres. Liza, Dir. Awee, Trea Emily and Rtn Linda with her
daughter attended the Collegio de Santiago Apostol concert.
5000php was given by RCPK as sponsor for the said event.

Feb 16. 2015 Monday
Global Grant Fund
Initial payment of 100k coming from the Global Grant Fund
was released by Pres. Liza and Treas. Emily last Feb. 16 Monday
for the purchase of materials for construction for the QTSL Project.
Additional RCC members were suggested especially coming
from the recommendation of Treas. Emily which will be approved
by the board.
Joint Meeting At Maxs
Joint meeting with RC Pulilan Diamond at Maxs Pulilan with
Dr. Jess Socrates of RC Hannover Pennsylvania as guest speaker.
Possible Global Grant of 25K USD was discussed provided that 5
participating clubs will raise 10k USD or 2k each club to benefit
for a chosen livelihood program.

Gov. Nonette at Maxs

Gov. Nonette invited all of us to join the DISCON on April 1718 . Pre registration is on Feb. 26, 2015 for 2600 php After Feb 26.
It will be 2900php. Venue is at Travellers Hotel in Subic Free Port
including 2 lunches 2 snacks and one dinner. Kindly finalize
names of participants.
Advertisement for the Souvenir program will be 5000 for
each club plus 3500 club listing. DS Ruby distributed the contracts
which will be due on Feb 28. Kindly Finalize approval.
Dance participation was discussed and for Area 10 roaring
1940s will be the theme: 10 dancers will be coming from RCPK.
Kindly Finalize list of dancers .
AG Danny Hilario assigned RCPK to lead in conceptualizing
the dance and organize practices. He suggested to make use of
the remaining prize from last year to minimize the expense.
February 18, 2015 Wed:
Pres. Liza was informed by the Office of the Mayor that RCPK
was chosen to be the Natatanging Grupo ng Kababaihan in
Plaridel. We will receive the said award on March 2, 2015 Monday
8am. Hope that all us can attend the said event. Green Barong is
suggested to be our attire or if you will prefer we will wear
mestiza gown.
Congratulations also to Rtn .Naty who will be awarded as
Natatanging Ginang ng OFW.
Postponement of our Dinner in Solaire this Tuesday Feb 24,
2015 to give way for a double V ( Valentine and
Victory)celebration next week preferably Monday March 2. Dinner
at Guilberts Place is suggested instead of going far to Manila.
( any suggestion?) We will start dance practices next Tuesday Mar.
3. Schedule will be loaded starting March.

February 20, 2015 Friday:

Teen Age Pregnancy Seminar:
Thank you Rtn. Ester Villanueva for giving her precious time
being the key note speaker during the seminar. It was indeed
enlightening to the 56 grade 7 and 8 students in Banga High
School. Thank you for the following rtns who were present: Offie,
Naty, Lilia, Claire, Fe, Alma, Imang, Liza and Ester.
Meeting with Mayor Jocell:
Haus of Mushroom
Pres liza and Sec. Offie visited the office for possible
suggestion regarding the livelihood program. Mushroom Farming
was discussed and suggested. Further data was discussed by Mr.
Jay Martin of Mama Aus Haus of Mushroom. Maybe we can invite
him next meeting for further discussion.
Free Xray Project
On March 11, 2015 RCPK will join the Ugnay Serbisyo in
Dampol Plaridel. Rtn. Amira will finalize schedule of her mobile
xray.
Meeting with Rtn. Josie
Pres Liza and Sec. Offie discussed and clarified the details of
Dr. Jess Socrataes Discussion. Details will be discussed next
meeting.
Meeting with RC Pulilan
Liza and Offie assisted Rtn. Josie during the meeting for
possible partner with the global grant. If this will push through
possible grant will be awarded annually.

Meeting with ENer ( Dance Instructor)

Area 10 Clubs will participate in the dance practice as well
as in expense. 3500php per club was suggested excluding
costumes.

PESET in Cabanatuan. PE Lilia will discuss the details.
March 7, 2015
Induction of RC Bustos Dakila was moved in May for Fund raising
purposes.
