Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing letter to complain about an
incident happened on way home
yesterday.
The bus no. 5, I usually take at the station at
5:10, was half an hour late. (that is the other
passengers and I) had to stand in the rain and so I asked the
driver what had caused the delay. smelled strongly
of alcohol and answer was extremely rude: Its
none of business! Then he set off abruptly. An
old lady nearly fell and I just managed to catch
to prevent further trouble.
driving was just too much! had to
fear for lives. When finally bus stop
came in sight, he insulted again before I got off.
I am usually quite happy with bus service but now
I have to ask too look into the matter and put
driver off duty for a while.
Thanks for cooperation.
