Since 1928, Steelway Fensecure Ltd has continued to be a market leader in the field of
fabrication excellence and expertise. We manufacture from our two state of the art production
facilities, which are located in Wolverhampton and West Bromwich. Our continued commitment
to industry standards, specifications and design procedures, gives our customers the total
confidence to continue to request our help in providing standard and engineered fabrication
solutions which meet their project requirements, timescales and budgets. To achieve our goals for
expansion and growth, we are now split into 5 divisions, allowing a dedicated focus and
expertise in each area.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ACCREDITATION
To meet and exceed the quality assurance expectations of our customers, our operations are
certified under PAS99, an Integrated Management System. PAS99 encompasses BS EN ISO
9001 - for Quality Management, BS EN ISO 14001 for Environmental Management and
OHSAS 18001 for Health & Safety Management. Due to the multitude of markets that we
supply into, we are also committed to many industry accreditation schemes, product certification
and approvals and we fully comply with health and safety legislation, both in-house and on site.

scrap, optimum utilisation of laser cut components, improvements in production efficiency,
packaging, transportation and overall improvisation of the products life expectancy are taken
into consideration.
DESIGN & EXPERTISE
Our sales and design functions are equipped with the latest technology systems available.
Utilising both 2D and 3D CAD software, combined with communication and IT systems, we are
able to provide our customers with a rapid response to enquiries and orders. Designing with 3D
systems also allows for easy design verification prior to fabrication. We continue to invest in our
design and fabrication facilities with plant, equipment, high speed automatic laser cutting
equipment and software.

Utilising our experienced sales teams, installation engineers and project managers we have the
experience to take your product and project requirements from initial concept right through to
commission. We welcome the opportunity to provide a complete package approach. This can

installation of high quality standard and bespoke steel access covers and
frames. All ranges are designed with industry standards in mind. We are
committed to working to strict design criteria as detailed within the FACTA
specification BS9124 for covers larger than 1000mm clear opening and
where applicable, BSEN124.
By using Inventor 3D modelling software and laser driven manufacturing,
mild steel access cover solutions are available to suit a multitude of
applications that may require non standard sizes.

BIOMASS FUEL STORAGE COVERS

Available in any size and configuration. Most popular designs
include either hydraulic, electric or gas arm opening
operation for total compliance to handling guidelines. Units
are available as flush fitting to existing ground level,
upstanding for fitting to concrete plinths or in a cladded
building form with large sliding openings. Installation includes
for all necessary pipework, electrics and powerpacks.

ranges are fabricated to the highest standards to
ensure continued performance under operation and

Certain ranges can accept decorative edge finishes
such as brass or stainless steel.

double skinned security doors, all of which are available in

SECURITY FENCING
We can supply and install several different types of
perimeter products and security fencing, designed to suit the
level of security that you require. Typical types of fencing
include Palisade, Mesh Panel and Chainlink, which can be
supplied with additional barbed wire tops. We can also
offer our Ridgeback system which has a serrated edge to
deter opportunist thieves and vandals. Perimeter products
include anti climb spikes, fantails or cactus spikes.

SPORTS FENCING
When creating a sports pitch or a tennis court, it is important
to remember that the right type of fencing will provide a
positive impact on your site. Getting the right balance
between safety, appearance and cost does not have to be
difficult. We offer a comprehensive range to suit all different
types of applications with aesthetically pleasing secure
designs. Fencing heights range from 0.9m up to 10m with
various cladding options available.

PLAYGROUND FENCING

We believe that the correct choice of boundary fence for

a play area is as important as the equipment in providing
a secure and safe environment. Thats why our
playground fencing is manufactured to BS1722 Part 9
and where required to RoSPA guidelines. All vertical bars
are fully welded as standard. Available in 1.0m and 1.2m
high Bow top, Flat top or Pedestrian Guardrail designs.
For a natural effect try Chertsey fencing which have
wooden pales and a galvanised metal frame, matching
double and single leaf gates are available to suit.

COMBINATION GOALS
We recognise our customers need for products that can offer
a multitude of uses to safe money. Our range of combination
goals can be used for football, hockey, basketball and some
units can also be used for cricket providing hours of sporting
activity. Goals can be installed with one of sports fencing
systems to create an enclosed sports area. Fully tested to BS
EN 15312 our combination goals carry full kitemark
certification. All products are fully galvanized and polyester

single and double leaf gates our range of mesh panel systems offer
the perfect choice for boundary fencing. Due to the clever design of
these systems they provide a durable solution whilst still retaining
optimum visibility. Matching single and double gates are available.
Galvanized powder coated in a choice of colours.

RAILING SYSTEMS
We provide a wide range of railing systems to suit both
boundary and demarcation requirements with heights ranging
from 450mm to 2.4m high (where design allows). Available
with either hollow section or solid round or square infill bars.
Using our in house high speed automatic laser we can provide
optional bespoke laser profiles to bring your fence to life.
Matching single and double gates are available. Galvanized
finish as standard with optional powder coating.

PERCH & LEANING SEATS

The Steelway perch seat is a unique seating option with
a rear back seat perch, set higher than a standard
bench or seat. It features a standard height lower perch
to allow for between four and six people to sit together.
The leaning seat provides a space saving alternative for
seating areas. Galvanized and polyester powder coated
