Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma names Barbara Mitchell as


chief operating officer. Mitchell has been with the organization for
15 years and previously held the position of director of product
sales, managing the annual fall product and cookie sales. Mitchell
will oversee the programming and membership support teams.
Other staffing changes include Malissa Walton as director of
product sales, Holly Johns Rowland as fund development
manager and Julie Bohannon as major gifts manager.

VI Marketing and Branding, an integrated marketing firm, has


added Motions Graphics Designer Mike Anderson and
Marketing Strategist Caty Mills to its Oklahoma City marketing team. Anderson will be
responsible for 2-D animation, character rigging and kinetic typography for VIs motion
projects. Mills will be responsible for account service and marketing strategy for health
and technology related clients.

Steven D. Kaestner has been appointed to the Oklahoma Public Employees


Retirement System Board of Trustees. Steve Kaestner is a Certified Financial
Planner Professional, CPA, attorney and the founder of Ironhorse Wealth
Management. He has over 30 years experience with retirement planning, estate
planning, tax management, and investments. A former chairman of the Oklahoma
Venture Forum, Steve is also an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, the
Financial Services Institute, and is on the board for the Oklahoma Planned Giving
Council. He succeeds Mike Moradi-Araghi, and his term runs through Jan. 14, 2019.
Tinker Federal Credit Union names Connie Wall senior vice president of lending.
She will oversee all aspects of the lending process, from policy to product viability and
development. Her new responsibilities cover the credit unions lending products,
including consumer loans, mortgages, home equity lines of credit and credit cards.
Wall began her career with Tinker Federal Credit
as a . positions before moving into branch management in 1995, when she was named
branch manager of the Tinker Air Force Base C-1 branch. In 1997, she moved to the
larger Norman branch to manage that location. Before being named senior vice
president of lending, she was vice president and director of lending.
Design+ Build Group, LLC, a downtown Oklahoma City-based general contractor,
hires two employees. Frank Falsarella
joins company as operations. He will oversee all construction operations and
streamline processes for the company. He most recently served as superintendent at
Manhattan Construction in Oklahoma City. Rick Akram joins Design+Build Group as
director of project development. He is a U.S. Army veteran and has eight years
experience in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He most recently worked at Med
Tech Construction out of Oklahoma City and Dallas, where he was a commercial
project manager and superintendent.
SCS Aquaterra, a division of SCS Engineers environmental consulting firm, adds
Sheila Baber as its newest project director. Baber brings more than 30 years of
combined professional experience in environmental consulting and petroleum geology.
She is licensed as a professional geologist in Texas and Tennessee, and is licensed by
the Oklahoma Corporation Commission as a Remediation Consultant. Prior to joining
SCS, Baber served as vice president and manager at StanTech.
James Timberlake has been hired as executive director of Santa Fe Family Life
Center, a health club that provides scholarship opportunities for kids and works with
community partners to fulfill a charitable mission benefiting those in need. Timberlake
succeeds K.C. Moon, who has retired.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. has expanded its CFP Board
Ambassador program in Oklahoma with the appointment of Troy
E. Jones. Jones, CFP of Access Financial Resources, has been appointed to serve
as a representative of CFP Board in their local communities. There are now 50 CFP
professionals throughout the United States serving as CFP Board Ambassadors.
