Sub: Fees Circular for Jul Nov 2015 Semester

Dear Students / Scholars,
Following are the fees structure for Jul Nov 2015 semester. The students/scholars are required to
pay as noted against their fees category as per schedule given below:

Last date for payment of fees 28.07.2015

Late fee of Rs.250/- has to be paid for payment from 29.07.2015 to 06.08.2015.

Dual degree students have to pay B.Tech fees for first 8 semesters and M.Tech fees for
9th and 10th semesters as per MHRD orders.
In case of HTTA/HTRA students scholars fees will be deducted from their
HTTA/HTRA respectively.
The procedure for fee payment for Jul - Nov 2015 semester is enumerated below for guidance:
Click the link Academic Fee Payment Portal at https://www.iitm.ac.in/academics to pay the INSTITUTE
fee.
1. Once you enter the roll number, verify the Name and Date of Birth displayed on screen.
2. Please check the Fee structure PDF file and enter the appropriate amount for Tuition fees, Other fees
and Hostel establishment A charges.
3. You will see a message on screen confirming successful payment. You can also confirm the payment if
your are on campus through https://workflow.iitm.ac.in/student, by following the 'PaymentHistory' link.
(The new finance transaction portal is similar to what you use for irctc)

Note: If the transaction fails and money is deducted from your account, then please wait 3 to 5
working days for money to be credited back to your account. If the money is not credited
automatically, then contact accounts section at accounts@iitm.ac.in with your Roll number, Name and
Transaction ID.

Hostellers Hostel Fees

In addition all students staying in the Hostel have to pay following hostel fees to Hostel
Management Account through the website www.onlinesbi.com using any bank Debit Card / Credit
Card / Net Banking.
