Don’t forget to nominate that exceptional co co-worker
worker for employee of the month. Did
someone help you out, go above and beyond expectations or do they display a positive
attitude? Let your fellow staff person know how great they are by nominating them.
Your local CRAM committee then reviews nominations and makes the selection. What
does an employee of the month get? Their prize package includes: a certificate of
appreciation, their picture taken for the newsletter and display, a mouthwatering

dessert, an uplifted spirit knowing their fellow workers thought of them in a good way
and a chance to get Employee of the Year. So what are you waiting for? Look for the
nomination sheets in your mailboxes monthly.
