Increase of turning radius at 3.75 meter road near reactor-1 (Spare indore dia).

Wheel roller fixing and painting balance for five nos switchyard fencing gates.

Damaged Drain parallel to Indore dia needed to be repaired.
Damaged Drain parallel to Bus reactor dia needed to be repaired.
Damaged Drain behind ICT's and towards Store side needed to be repaired.

Five/Three coat paint of anti-fungal paint shall be painted over primer which is not
done properly.

Punch Point Description

2 nos. fence gate installation near reactor and SPR in 400 kV Switchyard is
balance
Road balance 70 mtr in 400 kV Switchyard.
Cleaning of all cable trenches balance.
Stairs to be constructed in front of all CB ladders to access smoothly to CB ladder
Gravel spreading done 100 mm thick, 150 mm is required as per technical
specification/CEA requirement. Additional 50 mm later to be spread over the
switchyard.
Steel stairs in front of SPR 4 & 5 main door not yet provided.
Provide wire net inside the cable trench of SPR 4 & 5 to prevent snake & frogs
entering the false flooring.
Switch board wall & crack below beam to be repaired.
Door closer for SPR 4 & 5 need to be installed
Construction of rain water harvesting pit and connection of 400 kV Switchyard
drain with pit are balance.
