Creamy beef stroganof


Ingredients
1 pc. onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp margarine
1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
kg. beef sirloin, sliced into -inch thick
1 cups cream
1 pc. beef cube
3 tbsp Lady's Real Mayonnaise

1. Saute onions, garlic, and mushroom in oil until fragrant. Remove from pan.

2. In the same pan, brown beef slices over high heat. Add cream, beef cube, and the
sauted onion mixture then let simmer until beef is cooked.
3. Stir in Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise over low heat and mix well. Adjust
seasonings and serve.

Coleslaw
Ingredients
1 cup Ladys Choice Real Mayonnaise
4 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp sugar
To taste salt and pepper
5 cups red and green cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
cup onion, shredded
cup green bell pepper, sliced (optional)

1. Combine Ladys Choice Real Mayonnaise, lemon juice, and seasonings in a bowl.
2. Add cabbage, carrots, onion. Mix well. Chill before serving.

Mango & Kani salad


Ingredients
2 heads iceberg lettuce, cut into bite-size pcs.
1 cup Ladys Choice Thousand Island Dressing
pc. red cabbage, sliced thinly
3 pcs. ripe mangoes, diced
12 pcs. crabsticks, shredded
1 pc. cucumber, cut into strips
1 tsp tobiko
1 pc. nori, cut into strips
wonton wrapper, cut into strips and deep-fried

1. Combine lettuce, Ladys Choice Thousand Island Dressing, cabbage, mangoes,
crabsticks, cucumber, in a bowl.

Ceasar Salad
Ingredients
1 head hearts of romaine lettuce
3 pcs. hardboiled egg, quartered
1 tbsp bacon, fried and chopped
1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
cup croutons

1. In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Ladys Choice Caesar Dressing and arrange on
plate.
2. Top with egg, bacon, parmesan cheese, and croutons.

Yang Chow Fried Rice


Ingredients
o 4 cups cold, cooked white rice
o 2 tablespoons oil, divided
o 1 small onion, peeled and chopped
o 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
o pound (about 5 to 6 pieces) Chinese sausages, diced
o pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
o 1 cup sweet peas, thawed
o 2 tablespoons soy sauce
o cup green onions, chopped
o salt and pepper to taste
o 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Tinapa rice
4Tbsp oil
1 cup tinapa flakes
1 pc medium onion, small diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 pcs eggs, beaten
6 cups cooked rice
2 - 8g sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1/4 cup water
4 pcs tomato, seeded and medium diced
3Tbsp thinly sliced spring onion
2 pcs salted eggs, cut ito wedges

BEEF SALPICAO
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin (or tenderloin), cubed
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
5 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Combine the beef, salt, pepper, and garlic then mix well. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Add the olive oil and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Apply high heat on a pan then put-in the combined ingredients once the pan is hot enough.
Sear the beef until the color of the outer part turns brown. Try to toss the beef while searing
so that all sides are uniformly cooked.
Add the oyster sauce and Worcestershire sauce and continue tossing until the liquid dries
up.
Put-in the butter and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
Transfer to a serving plate.
Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
