Express Care Clinic does not provide check-ups, routine immunizations or routine care of
chronic disorders such as cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, all physicals, refills for pain
medication or regular medications, behavioral health medications, or papers for the physician
to complete. An appointment with a provider will be scheduled for any chronic conditions
presented at the Express Care Clinic. A triage nurse is available to assist with determination of
acute versus chronic conditions and making future appointments with scheduled providers for
chronic conditions.
Express Care Clinic will begin seeing patients on April 1, 2013. Express Care Clinic is open
five days a week, Monday through Friday. Medical treatment will be provided between the
hours of 8:00 - 11:30 am and 1:00 - 4:30 pm.
A Benefits Coordinator is on staff at the Express Care Clinic to assist with resources as
needed.
It is important to know that Express Care Clinic is not an emergency room. If there is a true
emergency, please call 911, and go to emergency room. Express Care Clinic is designed to
close the gap between primary care and emergency care by offering prompt, unscheduled
treatment for non-life-threatening illness and injuries.
To make an appointment with a scheduled provider, please call 918-591-5700.
