The Department of Educauon (DepEd) tlnough the National Education Testing and
Research Center (NBTRC) shall ailmrnister the National AchievmeDt Test (NAT) and
Lsnguage Assessment for Prima.ry Glades (IIIPG) nauonwide, as contained in the
enctosure of DepEd Order No. 19, s. 2014 entitled School Calendor.for SchaolYear gn 2011

Each NAT exaninee (Grade 6) shall be issued a Ceftiffcate of Rathg (COR)

containing the actual rating per subject aiea. The COR will reflect the examinee s
readiness forjunior high school.

Literac_v assessnrent in the primary grades.

5. At present, there are l9 moiher tongues belng used as mediums of insbxction in

the country. These are llokano, KopanpongorL P(ng6inor\ Inatan. Ibanag. Sanbal,
Tagalog. Bil{].l. Akeanon. Hiligaanon. KiiLoraa & Sinigbuanong BinisaAa, Watau,
ChaDacan4 Mtr.luindorldon, Meronau, Surigaanon, T.r6ug and Y.rran.

Likewise, DTcs who have not yet submitted their enrolment data for NAT Grade 6
and NAT Yea:. 4 must submit on the same date.

The NETRC authodzed foMarder/couner shall delivr the test materials at least
two weeks before the test administration, except for schools divisions under the National
Capital Region {NCR) where the detvery wlll be five days before test adminisbation.

The same forwarder/couder sha1l retrieve aI the test materlals one l\ek aiter the
test admlnlstation. Hence, all Division Testing Coordinators (DTCsl and Private School
Supen'lsors (PSSSJ are lnstructed to ensure that the test materials are ready for pick,
up /retrieval.

10. The NETRC shall conduct the Natlonal Confercnce/Consultative Workshop on the
Standsrdized Administratton for purposes ot updating infonnauon and resolving
issues/concerns on testing.
