Hi Nick,

Attached doc can be now be used as guidance regarding the repair process.
I did not make any more remarks to it but following to be added as important note:
Before the repair process starts, CES will define the various hold and witness points in detail.
Just a few hold points for now as an example:
z CES approval required before any attempt to move the crane
z CES approval of measurement report after measuring before repair
z

CES approval of measurement report after measuring after repair

So proposal can be sent to CMIT.

Best regards,
Theo

For the first comment, after clarification with Alex, ZPMC revised the document in page 13 , and also adding the
jack up drawing at last page of this file.
Please take a look.
For the second comments, the original intention from ZPMC was to create more detailed workshop
procedure /drawings for repair work when they get order, but brought the confusions to you. Now ZPMC move
this statement in page 5.
Attached is the more clear version. Appreciate your final review and approval.

Dear Nick,
Only two remarks on attachments you sent earlier:

<< OLE Object: Picture (Device Independent Bitmap) >>

Remark: Only allowed gantry action will be moving the damaged crane out of operational area! NOT for
testing gantry behaviour!
<< OLE Object: Picture (Device Independent Bitmap) >>
Remark: Every element should be covered in this document, so what more to be expected?
Best regards,
Theo
