I am very thankful to Almighty Allah the most merciful and beneficent who
makes me able to complete my internship report successfully. I am grateful to my
parents and my grandfather and my family members for their support, patience and
encouragement without which I would have never finished the report. I am also
extremely thankful to my supervisor Mr. Saad Farooq lecturer IBMS, who helped me
greeting in writing this report.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Habib Bank Limited is one of the oldest and largest commercial bank of
Pakistan According to International standards of Banking system, it is also one of the
best bank in south Asia Region as well Habib Bank limited was established in 1941 and
now has an efficient network of branches throughout Pakistan. Habib Bank Limited is
providing different kinds of services and products to its customers and has a large
deposit base the main purpose of the study is to compare the managerial knowledge in
theory and practice, to work in real situation and to improve communication and
analytical skills. The report is composed of communication skills. The report is
composed of communication obtained from interviews, observations and reference
books, and reports etc.
This report includes the background and purpose of study, scope of work,
methodology of research and scheme of study. The brief history and nature of the
organization, its business volume, product lines, competitors and brief introduction of
the UST Main Campus Bannu are explored in the report. Organizational hierarchy chart
of HBL, number of employees of HBL, main offices of HBL, introduction and
functions of the HR department of HBL are briefly mentioned in the report.
Mission and vision of HBL are compared with its current strategies and specific
theoretical concepts HR functions are compared with practices in HBL. The report
comprises SWOT analysis of HBL and suggestions for all the problems observed in
departments of HBL.
