The ZLSP D-Type series of Flat Die Small Pellet Mill are a kind of small pellet machines, w hich are
made of a set of press roller, flat die, feeder and gear bearings equipped w ith electrical motor, diesel
engine, tractor and gasoline pow erd. You can select a proper flat die pellet mill depending on your
practical needs. The pellets are made from pow der materials under great force created betw een flat
die and press rollers. Compared w ith ring die pellet mills, flat die small pellet mills are proper for small
large scale pellets production. For instance, you can make ow n pellets w ith flat die pellet mil at home
or on the farm. Moreover, our ZLSP-D type flat die pellet mill can process a w ide range of raw material
like agro-forestry w astes and other biomass materials into biomass pellets.

Raw Materials
In order to make pellets w ith the flat die pellet mill, the biomass materials should be w ood w aste
dust, saw dust, corn stalk, peanut shells, etc. The w ood w aste can be all kinds of raw materials, such
as spruce tree w aste, pine tree w aste and other saw dust w aste, tree branches and shavers or
parings from w ood w orking factory and furniture manufacturers. The pellets are w idely used as green
fuel for heating in pellet stove or cooking in pellet cooking stove at home.
Detailed Parts of Flat Die Pellet Mill
Roller Parts: Rollers are the most important parts for making pellets. The material of roller parts must
be anti-bearable and not easy to be broken. The roller is made from precise material of alloy metal.
Compared w ith the traditional roller press , our flat die pellet press has tw o pairs of rollers that
enlarge the capacity of making pellets.
Details of Press Rollers:

Die Parts: The flat die has many holes for extruding material into the formation of pellets. The holes
of the die have 6-8 mm diameter for your choice, or w e can produce different dies as required.
Therefore, the flat die pellet mill is more suitable for home use or small scale pellets production.
