Rev Dr Wee Boon Hup


President
The Rev Dr Wee Boon Hup, 63, has been Bishop of The
Methodist Church in Singapore (MCS) since 2012.
Before he was elected Bishop, he served for 8 years as
President of the Trinity Annual Conference (TRAC) of the
Methodist Church in Singapore.
The Rev Dr Wee has been a Methodist pastor for the past 30
years. He was pastor of Ang Mo Kio Methodist Church,
Wesley Methodist Church and Pastor-in-Charge of Paya Lebar
Methodist Church.
Having worked for four years after graduating from the
University of Singapore, Bishop Wee then studied at Trinity
Theological College, Singapore, prior to his pastoral ministry.
In December 2007, he received his Doctor of Ministry from
Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, USA. Married to
Catherine, they have two grown-up children, Lois and husband
Joel; Luke and wife, Alethea.

Bishop Terry Kee Buck Hwa


Vice President
In 2009, The Right Revd Terry Kee succeeded Bishop John
Tan as the second bishop of the Lutheran Church in Singapore
since its separation from the Lutheran Church in Malaysia in
1997.
He was former missionary to Thailand for about 10 years with
his wife Sally, who is now LCS Missions Director and Coordinator for Lutheran World Mission. Bishop Terry Kee has
been elected as the new President of NCCS for the term 20122014.
He has been a Lutheran pastor for the past 30 years. He was
pastor of Bedok Lutheran Church, Jurong Christian Church,
Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer and Queenstown Lutheran
Church.
In 2007, he received Masters in Pastoral Care and Counselling
at China Lutheran Seminary in Taiwan. He was also an
alumnus of Singapore Bible College where he obtained his
Bachelor of Theology.

Bishop Rennis Ponniah


Vice President
The Right Revd Rennis Ponniah has been installed as the
Ninth Bishop of the Diocese of Singapore on 20 October 2012.
He leads the Diocese of Singapore which comprises 27
parishes locally and six deaneries in Cambodia, Indonesia,
Laos, Nepal, Thailand and Vietnam.
Bishop Rennis Ponniah was the Vicar of one of the largest
Anglican parishes, St Johns-St Margarets Church, from July
1993 to September 2012. He was first ordained as a deacon
and priest in 1990 and 1991 respectively. In 1999, he was
collated as Canon in St Andrews Cathedral, Singapore. He
was then instituted and appointed as an Archdeacon from 2002
to 2005. In 2005, he was consecrated and appointed as
Assistant Bishop of the Diocese of Singapore.
Bishop Rennis is married to Amir and they have four grown-up
children.

Rt Rev Dr Steven Gan Giap Soon


Vice President
Rt Rev Dr Steven Gan is an alumnus of Trinity Theological
College (TTC) Singapore, where he graduated in 1992 with a
Masters of Divinity. He is the Senior Minister of Amazing
Grace Presbyterian Church where he has been serving since
Oct 1992. His wife, Maggie, serves with him as the Choir
Director. They have a lovely son named Christopher.
During his sabbatical in 2000-2001, Steven pursued his
Doctor of Ministry program with the Australian College of
Theology (ACT), majoring in Christian Spirituality. He was
conferred the doctorate degree in 2007.
Steven is the incumbent Synod Moderator (March 2015 - Mar
2017) of The Presbyterian Church in Singapore (PCS). His
previous term of service as the Synod Moderator of PCS was
from Mar 2011- Mar 2013.

Rev Dr Ngoei Foong Nghian


General Secretary
The Rev Dr Ngoei Foong Nghian is an Ordained Minister of
the Trinity Annual Conference of the Methodist Church in
Singapore and has been a pastor since 1973. He has served
as Pastor-in-Charge of several churches, namely, Christ, Ang
Mo Kio, Barker Road and Covenant Community Methodist
Churches. He is an alumnus of Trinity Theological College
and Boston University School of Theology.
Dr Ngoei was appointed Principal of Trinity Theological
College in January 2001 and is serving his 5 th term of
office. The Association for Theological Education in South
East Asia (ATESEA) which presides over the accreditation of
some 90 seminaries in the region, elected him to its Board of
Trustees as Vice-Chairman (2009 - 2013), and Chairman
(2013 -2017).
He is a member of the Anglo-Chinese School Board of
Governors and also sits on the Global Advisory Board for
Wesley House Cambridge, UK.

Mr Chan Fook Kay


Hononary Treasurer
Mr Chan Fook Kay has more than 30 years of professional and
managerial experience covering areas on Internal Audit,
Management Accounting, Finance and Administration, Asset
Management.
Since 1977, he has been involved in church ministry at the
local church executive committee level. Currently he is serving
as Chairman, Pastor-Parish Relations and Staff Committee.
Since 1993, he has served as Chairman, Board of Finance at
the Chinese Annual Conference level. Currently, he is serving
as Conference Lay Leader (Chairman, Board of Laity).
He has served for 15 years as Chairman, Finance and
Administration Council at the General Conference of the
Methodist Church in Singapore. Currently, he is a member of
the General Conference Executive Council.

Mr Daniel C S Chan
Investment Chairman
Daniel has over 35 years of investment management
experience having served as Chief Investment Officer at UOB
Asset Management (UOBAM) and Lion Global Investors.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree
from the National University of Singapore. He is a member of
the SAVERS Board of Trustees. From 2000 to 2004, Daniel
served as Chairman of Investment Management Association of
Singapore. In 2009, he was conferred the "Distinguished
Financial Industry Certified Professional" award by the
Institute of Banking and Finance.
Daniel has also served as Finance Chairman/Treasurer of
NCCS and also chair the Investment Committee of the
Singapore Bible College.

Colonel Lyndon Buckingham


Member

Colonel Lyndon Buckingham was commissioned as an office


of The Salvation Army in the New Zealand, Fiji & Tonga
Territory in January 1990. He has held a number of positions
in New Zealand and has also served for four years in the
Canada and Bermuda Territory.
Prior to being appointed to Singapore in February 2013,
Colonel Lyndon was the National Director for Programme &
Resources for the New Zealand, Fiji & Tonga Territory.
The Colonel came to Singapore to take up the role of Chief
Secretary and on the 1st of June replaced Colonel Gillian
Downer as the Territorial Commander for the Singapore,
Malaysia & Myanmar Territory.

Rev Dominic Yeo


Member
Rev Dominic Yeo is the General Superintendent of the
Assemblies of God (AG), Singapore, General Secretary
Chairman of the Asia Pacific AG Fellowship, and the
Executive Council Member of the World AG Fellowship
and Advisory Council of the Pentecostal World
Fellowship. He is also the Senior Pastor of Trinity
Christian Centre with over 7,000 in weekly attendance.
Having been dramatically transformed by the power and
love of God as a youth, he is a man after Gods heart. He
brings the timely Word of God, releasing breakthroughs
into lives and churches. Known for his visionary and
strategic leadership, he is passionate about building
pastors and leaders. He trains and provides consultation
to churches globally, helping them break into new levels
of growth. He is married to Chin Inn and they have two
children.

Rev Dr Chua Chung Kai


Member
Rev Dr Chua Chung Kai (is a medical doctor by
training, graduating from the National University of
Singapore in 1989. He has been serving as a pastor in
Covenant Evangelical Free Church since 1995. He holds a
Masters Degree from the Singapore Bible College and was
ordained with the Evangelical Free Church of Singapore in
2004. Pastor Chua is presently serving in the Senior
Pastors office directing Equipping, Worship, Prayer and
Outreach. He is also the current Chairman of the
Evangelical Free Churches of Singapore. Ps Kai, as he is
fondly called, is married to Tina and they have three
children, John, Joel and Joanne.
