    Instructions for Students:


    A lot of effort and expense has gone into organising this program and therefore it is the responsibility of all students to attend all of these examinations.
    Students who are absent without permission or a doctors certificate will be followed up.
    If you have a prior engagement and will not be able to attend the examination then you should obtain permission from the VCE Co-ordinator prior to the
    school holidays. An example of an acceptable reason would be a seminar or study lecture that you have booked.
    If you have an examination clash then please see the VCE Co-ordinator to organise an alternative time.
    If you miss an examination owing to sickness, then a doctors certificate should be provided.
    Please be at the examination venue 15 minutes prior to the commencement time.
    Follow all instructions given by the supervisors.
    Stay for the duration of the examination even if you finish early. This is a common courtesy and will prevent disruption to other students and make the
    supervisors job easier.
    As per the GAT, please bring clear unmarked water bottles, clear pencil cases and no electronic devices.
    Check the Exam Navigator as to what you may bring into each exam. ie: dictionaries, calculators etc

    Please make the most of the time available in the lead up to the final exams. You have plenty of time to holiday and relax after the exams.
