Supervisor:Thomas Wheelock
started 09/03 thru 10/06
salary $15.00/hr+bonuses
Was released because constuction came to almost a standstill in Minnesota and there was
no work.

I started with this company doing installations of manufactured and natural stone. THIS
IS HARD WORK! It also is somewhat of an art and there is no room for mistakes, once
concrete hardens thats it you had better got it right. I mastered this craft rather quickly
and soon was managing, selling, and doing my own installations which requires you to do
a wide variety of math in addition to being responible for profit margins, labor cost, and
making sure the customer which just spent thousands and thousands of dollars is happy
with you final work. I then started working in the warehouse managing the distbution and
production of the stone. This required me to be very good with a forklift, lull, and large
trucks. I also handled some of the bids on jobs which required me to be able to make a
sale while remaining competative yet fair.

charged more for medical benefits, and gave us less vacation time. While expecting higher
expectations in its restaurants.

I started as a shift manager working my way thru the ranks quickly before i left i was in
charge of several of the highest volume restaurants in the metro area. I cannot begin to tell
you range of responsibility i faced. Local and regional marketing, payroll, people
development, profit and loss as a district and individual stores, training, new product
rollouts, health inspections, restaurant certifacations, trade area planning, competitional
strategies, recognition programs ect ect ect.
