CHAPTER 7 : CONCLUSION

Basic requirement of security can be achieved by designing electrical or mechanical

locks that are designed with one or more than one key and locking for a big area we
are required many locks so for reducing this complexity we are using advance locking
system. Basically traditional locks are very heavy and are not strongly protective as
they can be broken down easily by using some tools but when use electronic based
locks in which we can use many layer so it reduced the unlocking and damaging
probability.
Now a days every devices operation is based on digital technology. For instance,
token based digital identity devices, fort-token mobile and digital-based door lock
system for auto door opening or closing are all based on digital technology. These
locking systems are used to control the movement of door and are functional without
requiring a key to lock or unlock the door. So we can say these type of system are
very reliable and suitable to work anywhere and they are very much more efficient
than traditional.

Characteristics & Strengths

The proposed system characteristics involve remote controlling of appliances,

intrusion detection, system security and auto-configuration such that system
automatically adjusts the system settings on running hardware support check. The
system has useful features such as displaying of status of lock that makes system
reliable.
The system has many advantages such as remote controlling of home appliances,
availability and ease of users.
The user can get alerts anywhere through the GSM technology thus making the
system location independent. The system contains low cost components easily
available which cuts down the overall system cost.
The ease of deployment is due to wireless mode of communication.
GSM technology provides the benefit that the system is accessible in remote areas
as well.
The system reliability increases because we are using two lock so if one lock is
vanished other will also control.
The system integration is simple and is also scalable and extensible. However, the
system functionality is based on GSM technology so the techno-logical constraints
must be kept in mind.

ADVANTAGES :

Remote indication. With the use of GSM technology owner of the house or
industry get remote indication through SMS. So even if the user is away
from the home or locker, he/she will be intimated about the hazardous or
undesirable conditions of the usage of locker.

This system is fully automated. So once this system is installed inside the
locker, then it does not require any human interaction to operate. It will
automatically operates whole operation.

This system is cost- effective. Total cost is around 6000 so by using this
amount you can easily setup a advance lock system for any purpose.

APPLICATIONS :

1. Our project can be used in bank lockers. In any bank locking system we want
high and strong security so anyone could not easily break the security. For this
we usually give two or more security level and this project is exactly applicable
for this idea. This will increase the security level by application of two locks in
which one is primary and other is secondary.

2. This project will keep record of every locker-usage and this data will available
on user mobile and it will also be kept updated by the SMS service. When
someone do any activity related to lock there will alert message on authentic
user mobile phone.

3.

This project can be used in household lock. House security is also a current issue
in now days and because of high reliability and easy to use this project can be
easily fit for home lock.

Can be used in museums and such other places wherever high security is
required. Every places where we required high security we put different
security level and this project contain two different lock level so that will
applicable for this purpose.

CHAPTER 8 : FUTURE SCOPE

In the advanced or more innovative version of this locking system, we can

enhance its usage by adding some additional features to it. Ideally, this project
could be more convenient and secure with the use of satellite modem instead
of cell phone as tracking device as the system may fail when there is no
coverage.

This design can be made more enhanced in future to support camera, handset
phone/hands free, mobile data LCD display, PC based stand alone software.

In our project the security system is based on embedded control which provide
security against theft. Controlling of Solenoid lock can be done by authentic
user via his phone instead of automatic secondary lock which we are using in
our project.
