iii) NEED TO REMOVE SOME PARTS OF YOUR WRITE-UP
or
iv) NEED TO REDO (MAJOR / MINOR)
*** Note :
IF any of you 43 has YET TO submit the CORRECTED VERSION of
1.0 Introduction RIGHT UP TILL 7.0 Data Gathering Methods,

KINDLY DO SO TOO, because your AR Supervisor needs to see THE WHOLE FLOW of
your write-up TO MAKE SENSE of it.

B. THE FOLLOWING WEEK (2.8.15 - 6.8.15), your AR Supervisor concerned will :
i) provide you the necessary feedback when they see you IN PERSON.
ii) So please keep in touch with them through FB / WHATSAPP / TELEGRAM / SMS /
PHONE CALL for that VERY PERTINENT appointment.
BY :
C. TWO WEEKS FROM NOW (9.8.15 - 13.8.15), you will be juggling your time
i) completing your revised version of the AR Report (70%) - to be submitted at 8.00 a.m.
on 16.8.15 (SUNDAY).
ii) submitting 3 sets of your PROCEEDINGS ON 13.8.15 (Thursday) to the following
individuals IN PERSON so they can at least get to read over the weekend :
a) YOUR OWN AR II SUPERVISOR
b) YOUR INTERNAL EVALUATOR
c) YOUR EXTERNAL EVALUATOR
*** NOTE :
i) Content for your powerpoint presentation for the AR SEMINAR = Content in your AR
PROCEEDINGS.
ii) NO LATEST VERSION of the PROCEEDINGS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER they
had been submitted to the 3 above individuals on 13.8.15.

- as briefed by me to you the other day.
