2010-Present

Technical customer support responsibility for US Federal agencies, State and Local
government agencies as well as Healthcare, Education and Fortune 500 companies.
Lead team efforts to provide excellence in customer service and configure simple,
flexible, affordable and interoperable communications solutions for national and
international clients including the government of Haiti. Accomplishments include:
Defined and implemented international SIP VoIP phone numbers, Origination
and Termination service for newly developed software communications product,
opening new markets for the company.
Software updated for critical client systems to support public safety events,
including Department of Homeland Security exercises on short intervals.
Upgraded complete customer base of VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal)
satellite systems 1 month ahead of schedule and under budget.

Volo Communications, Implementation Manager

2005-2008

Responsible for technical sales support and carrier interconnection for national
wholesale carrier accounts. Liaison between the carriers operations team and internal
Volo departments on technical issues for VoIP and multiple digital services.
VoIP services Cloud-Based VoIP PBX, Voice Origination and Termination.
GigE, SONET and Digital services Gigabit Ethernet, OC12, OC3, DS3 PacketOver-SONET (POS) and DS1 backbone network requirements.
Accomplishments include:
Completed connection of 24 DS3s to ILEC tandems and strategic sites in FL,
GA, SC, NC, and NJ. This provided for network expansion and new customers
ahead of schedule, resulting in company exceeding its annual revenue goals.
Managed implementation of backbone network connectivity to NYC, Boston and
