    Time: EDS Wrap n’ Roll Foods Tour—3:00pm
    Dinner at ARK Restaurant—5:00pm

    Our event will begin with a tour of EDS Wrap n’ Roll Foods, which manufactures packaged frozen dim sum for
    wholesale. The tour will be led by owner Brian Ho. See the assembly of potstickers, ha gows, siu mai and see how they
    are packaged and quick frozen. Frozen products will be available to purchase after the tour. If you plan to buy any of the
    products, bring an ice chest with frozen jell packs to keep your purchase cold until you reach home.
    Following the tour, there will be a dinner at the Ark Chinese Restaurant in Alameda. The Ark features hand pulled
    noodles which will be demonstrated by Chef Gordon . The restaurant will be closed this evening to accommodate our
    special party.
    Seating for the tour and dinner is limited to forty people. Members will have preference.

    From 880 (north or south) take the Winton Avenue (Hayward) off ramp.
    Head west on W. Winton to Cabot Blvd.
    Turn right on Cabot to Barrington Court. Turn left on Barrington to 2545 Barrington Court.

    From the Peninsula—cross the San Mateo Bridge.


    Take the Clawiter Rd/Eden landing Rd. exit. Turn left at Clawiter. Turn left at Depot Rd.
    Turn right at Cabot Blvd. Turn left at Barrington Ct. to 2545 Barrington Court, Hayward

    Cost: $20.00 for members; $25.00 for non– members
