Training Purpose:

The new hire training is organized to equip incoming FIT staff with the knowledge and
skill needed for them to effectively and efficiently perform their respective tasks. The
training is also a venue to establish teamwork among staff.





Training Objectives:

Specifically, the training aims to:

1. Orient and familiarize new hires on the following:
FITs history
FITs vision, mission and goals (VMG)
Organizational structure and policies
Use of FIT tools, forms & templates

2. Provide new hires a general background on EHCP & ECCD focusing on
concepts, strategies, deliverables & coverage.

3. Provide better understanding on partners landscape i.e. DepED, LGU and
other stakeholders as well as practical experience in engaging with partners.

4. Provide exposure on program implementation at the school level.
