There is no right or wrong answer to any question. It is only your
view, which is very important for the research.
Your responses are regarding the technical training programmes you
have undergone within the past two and a half years and at least six
months before.
Technical training is the training given to the employees to do their
present job well or to help them acquire new job skills. It is also
given to prepare the employee for an immediate future job or
assignment in a new area.
Technical training does not include soft skill development
programmes like personality improvement, communication skill
improvement etc.
