JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carried out Ultrasonic Weld scanning and Lamination on Pressure

Vessels, Tank, Heat Exchanger, structure etc.
Have performed UT Lamination check on plate & piping and also
performed corrosion check on vessel and heat exchangers.
Functional as UT gauging inspector for doing corrosion survey of
machine vessels according to classification rules.
Carried out Magnet particle testing of welds in Pressure Vessels,
Tank, Heat Exchanger, structure etc.
Dye penetrant test also performed with both water washable and
solvent
Magnet particle testing with both visible and fluorescent methods.
Prepare NDT, hardness & PMI documents As per specification.
