The programme will be held during January 22-24, 2015 at IIMK
Campus, Kunnamangalam, Calicut.
LAST DATE
Nomination forms duly filled along with the Course Fee should reach
the MDP Office latest by January 01, 2015.
FEE
Residential : Rs 35,000.00 + Service tax
Non-Residential : Rs 30,500.00 + Service tax
The fee is to be paid in advance by Demand Draft drawn in favour of
Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode payable at Kozhikode
(or Calicut). The fee covers, in addition to lodging, course materials,
working lunch, and breakfast and dinner for residential participants.

OVERVIEW
Organizations are constantly seeking to equip their
employees with latest state of know-how in businesses.
Managers and executives are considered key drivers in
the journey to success of organizations. In order to
contribute significantly in the success of their
organizations, managers however need to know the in
and out of their organization.
The programme is designed to expand the horizon of the
participating managers and executives. They can expect
to significantly improve upon their ways of looking at
their organization, its purpose, its environment, people
in it and a whole lot of day to day activities and
processes. The programme strives to give an entirely

organizations mean to people. Participants are likely

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
The program has been designed keeping in mind
primarily individuals with 8 to 20 years of work
experience. Those who are due to shift from technical to
managerial roles in near future; have recently been
promoted to such roles; or working managers and
leaders open to exploration and assimilation of
alternative views, are likely to gain maximum from the
programme.
METHODOLOGY
The programme will utilize a variety of pedagogical tools
including case methodology, discussion, lectures and
role play.
