I, Posa Venkata Lakshmi W/o Late Bala Koteswara Rao, aged about 31
years, House Wife, resident of Syndicate Weavers Colony, Epurupalem
Panchayat, Chirala Mandal, Prakasam District, do hereby solemnly affirm and
sincerely state as follows:I am the deponent herein and 1 st petitioner in the main O.P., and
petitioners 2nd & 3rd are being minors rep.by me as guardian. I am giving this
affidavit on behalf of 2nd & 3rd petitioners also.

The above O.P. is filed for

compensation for the death of my Husband, who died in a Motor accident.

Later the same was decreed in our favour for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards
full and final settlement on 08-09-2010. The 3 rd respondent deposited an
amount of Rs.5,00,000/- into the Court. The Honble Court was pleased to
award an amount of Rs.2,80,000/- towards my share of compensation amount
and I withdrew the same. The petitioners 2 & 3 are my children, being
minors rep.by me as natural guardian and this Honble Court was pleased to
award an amount of Rs.75,000/- each to the minor petitioners and the same
was invested in fixed deposit till attain their majority and directed me to
withdraw interest on fixed deposits of petitioners 2 & 3 for every six months,
but I didnt withdraw the same.

Now I am need of money towards my

children educational expenses.

Hence it is prayed that the Honble Court may be pleased to send for
the 4 years interest on fixed deposit amount of the petitioners 2 & 3
(minors) share of compensation amount of Rs.75,000/-, each, in the interests
of justice.
