Oversee all aspects of new feature content for cellular infrastructure equipment, efficiently
managing performance, test definition, and qualification for a global clientele within time critical

stages from early CDMA to Advanced LTE programs.

Serve in multiple technical capacities to ensure tightly functioning Feature teams, including
Feature content development, Feature Requirements owner, Feature integration feedback,
and final regression Black Box test with Performance characterization.
Spearhead on-going process improvements in test automation, optimization, fault
containment, and cycle time reduction, applying sophisticated data mining and 4D
visualization techniques.
Drive functional definition, define impacted HW/SW components, and provide detailed
content to enable requirement generation by means of technical one-on-one conversations.
Create L3 Black Box and L4 Software Functional requirements in tandem with TC
verification strategies, accelerating innovative hardware and software developments.
Identify root cause defects in collaboration with test groups by soliciting feedback and
keeping everyone engaged in the process.
Validate standardized regression tests and derive performance benchmarks in compliance
with customer needs by working directly with testers to ensure quality results and feedback.
Perform on-site analysis and troubleshooting of new and legacy features for domestic and
international clients in China, India, Poland, and Japan by remaining flexible to travel
